How it is ordered
Either a pre-order on saqr.om, where members order and pay in their own size before we make it, or a bulk order you place for the society. Either way we hand the batch over through you.

How it is ordered
You send one size list with names and numbers for the squad. The club pays on one invoice, or players pay for their own through a pre-order. Kit is delivered to you, ready to play in.
Best for: league seasons, tournaments, new squads.

Pre-order
Members or players pay online before production, so the batch is funded upfront and your committee pays nothing in advance.
Bulk order
Your society or club orders and pays for the batch on one invoice, then hands it out however you like.

Chat
A 15-minute call or a meet-up. We bring samples and show you what we have made with others.

Brief
You tell us what you want, merch, kit or both, with colours, rough quantity, your logos and your date. We come back with a price and timeline.

Design
Our team mocks up the front and back in every colourway. We refine it with you until you sign it off.
- 04
Orders
A pre-order on saqr.om, or one invoice for the batch. For kit, you also send the size list with names and numbers.
- 05
Production
We make the batch and keep you updated every week until it lands.
- 06
Handover and launch
We check every piece, hand it over through you and post the launch together.
What we need from you.
For the brief
- Your society, team or club name, university and city
- One main contact: name, committee role, email and phone
- What you want: merch, kit or both, with colours and a rough quantity
- Your logo files: SVG, AI or PDF, or a transparent PNG at least 2000 px wide
- Your OK to use your crest, and the university's if it appears. Student unions often control university logos.
- For kit: the size list with names and numbers
- How you want to pay: pre-order or one invoice
- The date you need it by, and the event it is for

On price
Price depends on the item, the quantity and the print. Once we have your brief we send a clear quote and date before anything is made.
When to start
- September to October
- New committees and freshers. The best window for the society hoodie of the year and new season kit.
- January to February
- Second term. Kit for spring fixtures, merch for end-of-year events and graduation.
